A few related issues have been reported to customer support recently. These errors stem from CDM devices (seen typically in the TCR) not functioning without apparent cause. The support team at Nexus Software has determined a successful workaround to the issues caused by the Microsoft updates/changes. Our current suggestions for prevention, as well as solutions for if the updates have already occurred, can be found in our Customer Support Portal by searching for "Windows 10 Updates” in our knowledge base.
